Forging / Open Die FORGINGS (Tubesheet, Rotors / Girth Flanges / Channel Covers /Rotor / Shaft / Nozzles:-

Our Korean and European principle have inhouse Forging, Forging Press and Ring Rolling facilities. They are equipped with latest Heat Treatment and machining facilities . 

They can produce open die forgings in all material grade with a maximum diameter of 9 meters and weight of 75 tons per piece.

We have experience to produce Cladded Forged Tubesheet and Weld Overlay Tubessheet in fully drilled condition with holes.

Forgings can be produced with Vertical and Horizontal Heat Treatment 

Our Forgings are used in below given industries Steel Plant, Naval, Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Cement industries , compressor and pumps. Hydro power.
